The history of our plant began on the 22nd of April 1961, when the first product – peat wax – was manufactured. 

The following facilities were built:

• Workshop producing peat wax on the basis of innovative technology with capacity of 400 tons per year;
• Production sector for derivation of peat-alkaline agent for well drilling;
• Workshop producing process greases with capacity of 1000 tons per year and model compounds with capacity of 1500 tons per year;
• Laboratory including equipment for derivation of highly effective peat substance for skin diseases treatment.
   

On the 22nd of January 2010 a new workshop producing petroleum paraffin wax with capacity of 18000 tons per year was officially put into operation. Due to successful implementation of this project production of valuable raw material which is used in machine-building, aeronautical, oil extraction and other industries was launched in the Republic of Belarus. For instance, at ‘Mineral Wax Plant’ paraffin wax is used in production of protective waxes, model compounds, conservative lubricants, antiadhesives, polymeric bituminous mastics, and consistent greases.

The plant reconstruction plan consists of three stages:

1. The first stage – construction of new workshop producing paraffin wax with capacity of 18000 tons per year in place of the workshop producing peat wax. This stage was completed in 2010;
2. The second stage – construction of facilities producing oils, greases, lubricating and cooling technological materials, and model compounds with capacity of 16 700 tons per year;
3. The third stage assumes reconstruction of the facilities producing chemical reagents for drilling with capacity of 7000 tons per year. Ecological and industrial safety improvements, reconstruction of administrative buildings and facilities for scientific researches will be accomplished.
